How Tasskel Phone works
A business number, an AI receptionist and a soft phone in one place.

Choose your number
Choose a plan, confirm your email and pick a local US or Canadian number, or a toll-free number. On an active paid plan you can also request a manual port of your existing number.

Make it your business
Save your business name, logo and colour. Tell the assistant your hours, services and approved answers, and try a conversation in the app.

Set how calls are handled
Turn answering on. Optionally ring the app or your verified cell first. The assistant can take messages or transfer to destinations you have enabled and confirmed.
Your calls, together
Review call summaries, transcripts, voicemail and notes. Call from your browser or the installable Tasskel Soft Phone, or use Ring my phone with your verified cell. Choose how long transcripts and voicemail are kept in Settings. The assistant talks in turns; it is not a live person. Closed-app ringing is not guaranteed, especially on iPhone.
