Cancellation and Refund Policy
Tasskel Phone is a product of Tasskel LLC. Revision date: October 6, 2026.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Billing and choose Cancel plan. We show the date your service ends before you confirm, and email you a confirmation.
When service ends
Your plan stops renewing. You keep full service until the end of the monthly or yearly period you have already paid for. On that date AI answering and calling stop.
Changing your mind
Until that date you can choose Keep my plan on the Billing page. Your plan then renews on your saved card as before, starting on the original renewal date.
Your phone numbers
After your plan ends, your numbers are held for 60 days. Choose a plan again in that time to keep them. After 60 days they are released and may be given to someone else.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, when you cancel. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll look into it.
Extra numbers
Extra numbers ($5/month each) can be removed from Phone numbers in the app; removing one stops its renewal.
