Fair Use Policy
Tasskel Phone is a product of Tasskel LLC. Revision date: October 5, 2026.
Introduction
Tasskel Phone, a product of Tasskel LLC (“Tasskel,” “we,” or “us”), is dedicated to providing a safe way for businesses to send and receive calls and messages. To achieve that goal, we do not permit certain types of content or activity on our platform.
This Fair Use Policy exists to keep our users and the people they contact protected. Capitalized terms used here without definition have the meanings set out in our Terms of Service, which this Fair Use Policy is part of.
Tasskel reserves the right to impose limits and charge overages on your usage of the service, or to suspend or terminate your use of the service, if we reasonably believe that your usage — including, but not limited to, the total number of text messages you send, the number of minutes you use, and/or the number of devices you use — is not consistent with normal, fair, and reasonable use of the service, or breaches any rule in this policy.
Whenever reasonably possible, we will give you written notice of excess usage or a breach of these rules before taking action, and allow a reasonable period for you to modify your use.

Rules for Calling on Tasskel Phone
Customers shall not use the service to:
- Engage in traffic pumping or schemes designed to artificially inflate call volumes to high-cost or revenue-sharing numbers;
- Generate excessive short-duration calls or abnormal spikes in call attempts;
- Call large numbers of unique or sequential phone numbers in a manner inconsistent with normal business use;
- Routinely call conference lines, chat lines, or similar services for non-business purposes;
- Continue calling individuals after a complaint has been received or after being asked to stop;
- Place calls without proper consent, including cold calls or prerecorded campaigns lacking a clear opt-out mechanism;
- Place marketing or sales calls, or send marketing texts, before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time (or during any narrower hours set by the recipient’s state law), unless the recipient has asked you to contact them at that time;
- Commit fraudulent or deceptive acts, including impersonation, misrepresentation, or other behavior intended to defraud recipients;
- Send prerecorded or ringless voicemails (“voicemail drops”) without the recipient’s prior express written consent. Consented voicemail drops are allowed only if each message identifies your business, includes a callback number, explains how to opt out, follows the quiet hours above, and is not sent to anyone who has opted out or is on a Do Not Call list;
- Use Tasskel Phone numbers as misleading or fraudulent callback numbers;
- Spoof or manipulate caller ID information with the intent to deceive, harass, or commit fraud;
- Use bots, auto-dialers, or any automated outbound calling system to place calls without the recipient’s prior express consent, including robocalling;
- Engage in harassment, threats, or intimidation via calls;
- Call recipients who have requested not to be contacted or who are on internal or external Do Not Call lists.
Plan allowances
Each plan includes monthly allowances, pooled across all users and numbers on the account and reset on your billing day. They don't roll over.
- Starter: 1 included number, 40 AI-answered minutes a month, 150 calling minutes a month, 3 transfer destinations.
- Business: 2 included numbers, 65 AI-answered minutes a month, 300 calling minutes a month, 10 transfer destinations.
- Scale: 5 included numbers, 80 AI-answered minutes a month, 350 calling minutes a month, 10 transfer destinations.
Your number keeps working. When AI-answered minutes run out, calls ring your phones if you set up Ring me first, then go to voicemail in your business's name, until you add AI minutes or your allowance resets on your billing day. When calling minutes run out you get 20% extra so nothing stops mid-day; after that, outgoing calls, forwarding, transfers, ringing your cell, connecting callers to a person and ringing this app (the soft phone) pause until you add calling minutes. Packs: 80 AI minutes $25/month; 200 AI minutes $49/month; 450 AI minutes $99/month; 1000 AI minutes $199/month; 300 calling minutes $10/month. Allowances reset each month and don't roll over. Extra local numbers are $5.00 a month each. Toll-free numbers add $3.00 a month each ($8.00 a month for an extra toll-free number). Voicemail doesn't use AI or calling minutes; each message can be up to 2 minutes and each account gets 200 voicemail minutes per billing cycle. After that, callers are told the mailbox is full and asked to call back. Existing customers are told by email at least 30 days before allowances apply to them.
Tasskel Phone AI
The Tasskel Phone AI receptionist answers incoming calls on your behalf and follows the business instructions you configure. It is provided to help you serve callers, not to place unsolicited outbound calls. You remain responsible for the content of your instructions, for the calls the AI handles on your lines, and for complying with all consent, recording-notice, and do-not-call obligations described in this policy and ourTerms of Service.
