Download Tasskel Phone for Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android
Tasskel Phone installs straight from your browser in seconds. There's no installer file and no app store: it opens in its own window like any other app.
Windows
This browser can't install apps on Windows. Microsoft Edge comes with Windows; Google Chrome also works.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the Settings and more menu (…) at the top right of Edge.
- Point to Apps, then click "Install Tasskel Phone".
- Click "Install". Tasskel Phone opens in its own window.
Google Chrome
- Click the Customize and control Google Chrome menu (⋮) at the top right.
- Point to "Cast, save, and share", then click "Install Tasskel Phone…" (older Chrome shows "Install Tasskel Phone…" directly in the menu).
- Click "Install". Tasskel Phone opens in its own window.
You get Tasskel Phone in its own window, with a taskbar icon and a Start menu entry. Sign in after installing.
Pin to the taskbar: while Tasskel Phone is open, right-click its icon on the taskbar and click "Pin to taskbar".
Start with Windows: in Edge open edge://apps (in Chrome, chrome://apps), right-click Tasskel Phone (in Edge, click its … menu) and choose "Start app when you sign in".
Mac

- Click the install icon at the right of the address bar.
- Click "Install".

iPhone / iPad

- Tap the Share icon in Safari's toolbar.
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- Tap "Add" in the top right.

Android

Android (Chrome)
- Tap the ⋮ menu in Chrome.
- Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
- Confirm "Install".
Install with Google Chrome. Other Android browsers (including Samsung Internet) can build an app that newer Android versions block.

Already installed and it won't open?
If Android says the app was built for an older version of Android, it was installed with a different browser. Remove that icon (press and hold it → Uninstall or Remove), then open this page in Chrome and install again. You can also use Tasskel Phone in Chrome without installing.
Good to know
- The soft phone rings only while it's open. A web app on an iPhone can't ring while closed or locked. The cell phone option rings even a locked phone and uses call minutes for the forwarded leg.
- Texting isn't available from the soft phone yet.
- The installed app updates itself: you never need to reinstall it when Android or iOS is updated.
- 911 can't be dialed from Tasskel Phone — use your regular phone for emergencies.
